In 1985, Alhaj Mohammed Moinuddin opened Ghouse Café. Forty years and 7 kitchens later, Hyderabad still eats here.
The next generation joined the business in 2000, the year the Shah Ali Banda kitchen opened. The family has been opening them across the city ever since — Tolichowki, Gachibowli, Kondapur, L.B. Nagar, and Lakdikapul in 2022.
